You warrant that all information provided to JL555 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. JL555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
All deposits to JL555 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). JL555 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. JL555 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. JL555 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified Accounts, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 4.2; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied; (c) JL555 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal; and (d) JL555 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
JL555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the Account holds a positive balance. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twelve (12) months may be closed without further notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
JL555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JL555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. JL555 shall not be liable for any interruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

You may close your JL555 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the JL555 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14.
